This song would later be re-recorded with the Navaira brothers on "Battle of Flowers." The BOF version is loud, aggressive rock. This earlier Grand Marais version, is only acoustic guitar, bass and voice, and starts slowly, but still somehow builds to a ridiculous intensity.

The lyric is a single complete (not a run-on) sentence. The goal was to make something terse, direct, honest and quick.
